Visit Vans, LLC was recently established by Shalanda Riddick in order to provide transportation to people who want to visit loved ones who are incarcerated in state prisons. The company has Federal Department of Transportation passenger operating authority. Trips will be made on a regular schedule, several days per week. Reservations can be made online.
The Rising Tide Community Loan Fund provided a loan for van-related equipment and working capital.
