$100,000 Bethlehem Small Business Loan Fund
Southside 313 Bar & Grille is owned and operated by William and Suzanne Dech. This location was previously Looper’s Grille and Bar which operated successfully in the Southside for 10 years. The Dech’s purchased the business assets of Looper’s to fulfill their dream of opening up a restaurant. William and Suzanne both bring years of hands on experience to this venture. With the $100,000 borrowed from the Bethlehem Small Business Loan Fund, the Dech’s hope to surpass former patrons’ of Loopers expectations by adding their own personal touch to this well-known location. Their food will be both traditional bar fare along with eclectic American cuisine. The menu will consist of drink items such as The Pickletini and the Mint Lime Gimlet and food items such as shrimp balls with old bay aioli, southwest gnocchi and typical pub fare such as burgers and a smoked pulled pork sandwich.
