Mamacitas Latin Cuisine, formally known as Alicea Catering, is owned and operated by Ana Alicea. Ana has been specializing in Spanish, American and Italian cuisine for over 12 years. As is often the case, Mamacitas Latin Cuisine started in the kitchen of Ana’s home. With her love for cooking, Ana would cater for small family gatherings and events. To help with the business growth, a $35,000 loan from the Rising Tide was used to purchase appliances and equipment to outfit a commercial kitchen space.
