After eight years of cutting hair for others, Eric Castro approached the Rising Tide for a loan to open up his own Barbershop. Cuts and Shaves Barbershop caters to the increasing population of center city businessman as well as the new residents that are moving to downtown Allentown. With the $29,900 borrowed, Eric purchased equipment and had leasehold improvements to his new building.
