Dynamic Sounds Entertainment is owned by Alex Morales, who is a DJ at various clubs in the area. He also wanted to be able to offer his services for sweet sixteen parties, weddings and other gatherings. He turned his vehicle into a rolling billboard so as to get out the word.
The Rising Tide Community Loan Fund provided a loan for advertising, equipment, and working capital.
