Juan and Melanie Martinez are owners of the State Café and Grill in Easton, and when they saw an opportunity to open a second restaurant in Easton near Lafayette College, they jumped at it. Don Juan Mex Grill specializes in burritos, tacos and smoothies, with hours convenient for students and neighborhood residents.
The Rising Tide Community Loan Fund provided a loan for leasehold improvements, equipment and inventory.
