DeJesus Express Logistics, LLC is a Allentown-based startup trucking company owned and operated by Carlos DeJesus-Gonzalez. As an independent driver, Carlos moves freights both interstate and intrastate for multiple companies. Seeking the freedom to continue driving as often as he wishes and benefiting financially, he reached out to the Rising Tide for help.
The Rising Tide Community Loan Fund provided $50,000 for the purchase of a new truck and for working capital.
Then, in 2020, DeJesus Express Logistics experienced major business growth. Because of this, they received a $50,000 loan to cover the expenses of purchasing a second truck.
