Artefact, Inc. is an architectural practice that has been in business for over 30 years and located in South Bethlehem. The business has designed many new buildings but has a special focus on renovation and restoration of existing buildings. The owners and operators behind many great projects are Christine Ussler and Lucienne Di Biase Dooley.
The Rising Tide Community Loan Fund has provided two loans over two years to Artefact to help with predevelopment fees, permits and stabilization costs.
