An established hair salon in Bethlehem, Whispering Beauty, LLC (doing business as Whispering Beauty Salon), owner Yashira has been making women feel their best since 2021, specializing in hair coloring, cutting, and makeup services. Yashira is expanding the business to a new location on East Elizabeth Avenue, adding three chairs to expand the number of clients she can serve.
Rising Tide Community Loan Fund approved a $20,000 loan for equipment, tenant fit-out, and operational expenses for her new location on East Elizabeth Avenue.
