Santana Industries d/b/a The Wise Bean Coffee Shop is now owned and operated by Luke and Rose Santana. The couple met and fell in love a decade ago working at a coffeehouse. The opportunity to purchase a 15 year old coffee shop in Bethlehem became available and they took the chance. A loan from the Rising Tide allowed the business to acquire business assets and make the necessary repairs and renovations.
