Playtime Daycare LLC. was established in 2008 and holds an impressive Keystone Star 4 rating. Owner Paula Espinal found her center unable to meet demand as it was at capacity. With a burning desire to help young children, especially those within at-risk communities, Paula found the perfect spot for her second location. The $25,000 loan was used to bring the new location up to standards so the young children can have a safe and enjoyable environment to learn and thrive.
