Orizaba Cocina Latino Americana d/b/a Orizaba is a startup business owned by Aquileo Jorge Pena and Saray Paniagua. The husband and wife duo have over 21 years of experience, knowledge, and expertise in the restaurant business. The extensive knowledge and experience has led them to operate their own restaurant serving Mexican and Costa Rican cuisine in Bethlehem.
The Rising Tide Community Loan Fund provided a loan to help with startup costs and the purchase of equipment.
