Liven Up Health and Fitness is owned and operated by Whitney Derrico and Chris Carullo. The programming used by the center is called Functional Fitness Training and Screening. There are many training options available for both individuals and groups. A $20,000 loan from the Rising Tide is providing for marketing efforts, equipment and working capital.
