Hero’s Kafe is owned and operated by Xavier Martinez and Daniela Torres. Combining Daniela’s experience as a chef and Xavier’s love for superheroes, Hero’s Kafe serves breakfast and lunch to the employees of the Benjamin Franklin Technology Partnership in Bethlehem. In addition, Hero’s offers catering services for all events or meetings held in the building as well as personal parties. Daniela offers a twists on traditional South American and European cuisines.
The Rising Tide Community Loan Fund provided a loan for startup costs such as inventory, advertising, supplies, and working capital.
