From Lino, formally known as Made By Lino, is a from-scratch bakery, featuring seasonal offerings from ingredients sourced as locally as possible. Made by Lino worked with Monocacy Coffee Co. in South Bethlehem to form Lit Coffee Roastery & Bakery. Owner Melanie Lino will used the funding for equipment, which allowed her to increase production to meet customer demand. She also planned to utilize some funding for marketing activities, increasing awareness of programs like Community Supported Bakery, beginning in June 2023.
