Long-time Lehigh Valley resident Michael Bartz owns Carl’s Corner, a beloved sandwich shop in Bethlehem. After working in the restaurant and bar industry since college, Michael and his daughter Nicole have embarked on the exciting adventure of owning the shop on W. Elizabeth Avenue. They plan on giving the storied location a fresh look.
Rising Tide Community Loan Fund provided a $42,000 loan to Bartz for equipment and leasehold improvements.
