Easy Weenies, owned by Christopher Morales, began with food carts in Bethlehem and Easton and has expanded to a permanent site just off the heavily traveled 25th Street in Wilson Borough. The location is directly across from the Home Depot. At Easy Weenies, you can find Sabrett hotdogs, sausage sandwiches, cheese steaks, kabobs and vegetarian offerings. The Rising Tide Community Loan Fund provided a $55,000 loan for leasehold improvements.
