Established in 2007, Beauty Alibi is a limited liability company that has created its own line of mineral makeup, which is good for a person’s skin in addition to supplementing their beauty. Carmen Toro, the owner, is an experienced makeup artist and esthetician. She sells her products online and in some local salons. Her plan for the future is to open her own spa.
The Rising Tide Community Loan Fund provided Beauty Alibi with a $35,000 loan for inventory and website development.
