Aroi Mango is a plant-based street food brand putting a fresh spin on Mango Sticky Rice. The business operates as a popup vendor at farmers’ markets, festivals, and events throughout the Lehigh Valley and Greater Philadelphia region. Owner George Awad’s goal was to grow into a full food truck operation.
Rising Tide supported that vision with a $48,000 loan to cover the design, fabrication, and equipment needed for the truck.
